Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it. We wrote it in plain English.

Short version

• We collect the minimum needed to run the Platform: your email, your subscription tier, and what you create using our tools.
• We never sell your data or use it to train AI models sold to other companies.
• We use Supabase for auth and data storage, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting.
• You can delete your account and your data anytime by emailing us.

What we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted version of your password. That's it.

Subscription information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes the payment. We receive back your subscription tier and a customer ID — we never see or store your card details.

Content you create. The songs, books, games, sprites, and other creations you make with DreamersForge tools are stored under your account so you can access them later.

Usage data. We log basic events (which tool you opened, how many credits you used) so we can bill accurately and improve the Platform. We don't track you across other websites.

What we don't collect

• Your credit card details (Stripe handles that).
• Your location beyond what your IP address reveals.
• Your behavior on other websites.
• Any personal information you don't voluntarily give us.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide the Platform (log you in, save your creations, bill your subscription).
• Communicate with you about your account (password resets, billing issues, important updates).
• Improve the Platform (understand which tools people use most, fix bugs, plan new features).

We don't send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

Who we share your data with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the Platform:

• Supabase — stores your account, credentials, and creations.
• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and runs our backend Workers.
• Anthropic — powers the AI generation inside the Forge tools. When you generate content, your prompts are sent to their API. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models.

We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.

Cookies and tracking

We use localStorage in your browser to keep you signed in. That's the only tracking-adjacent technology on the site — no analytics pixels, no advertising cookies, no session replay tools.

How long we keep your data

As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (like billing history for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can:

• Access all data we hold about you by emailing us.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data at any time.
• Export your creations before you delete your account.

Children

DreamersForge is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email you and post a notice on the site before the changes take effect.
