Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DreamersForge ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Platform.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule of your plan.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Creation credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credit packs do not expire.

3. Ownership of what you create

You own everything you create using DreamersForge tools. That means:

• You can use your creations commercially without paying us any revenue share or licensing fee.
• You can modify, publish, sell, or give away your creations.
• You do not owe us attribution.

You are responsible for what you create. Don't use DreamersForge to make anything illegal, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Ownership of what we make

DreamersForge itself — the tools, the interface, the software, the trademarks, the design — belongs to us. Your subscription grants you the right to use the Platform, not to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

5. The Vault (buying and selling assets)

Assets purchased in the Vault come with a perpetual license to use in your own projects, commercial or personal, with no attribution required. You cannot resell purchased assets as-is, but you can incorporate them into larger works you sell.

Creators who submit assets to the Vault retain copyright, grant DreamersForge a license to distribute, and receive a share of sales as agreed at submission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use the Platform to generate content that harasses, defames, or endangers others.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, subscription tiers, or authentication.
• Scrape, mirror, or resell access to the Platform.
• Upload malware, exploits, or content that violates any law.

7. Service availability

We try hard to keep DreamersForge running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update tools, or occasionally have outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

DreamersForge is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

DreamersForge is operated from West Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under West Virginia law.
